We are aware of the problem, we have a hardware problem with the computer and need to move the content.

Estimate on when it will be fixed so we can use it?

The hardware problems make it quite hard to copy the content (without crashing the machine), but we are working on it.

Remove the hard drive and put it in a new one.

Perhaps it is a hard-drive related issue then?

The Hard drives are Raid disk and it's very hard to put on another machine.

The problem seems to be related to the processor or the memory as in generate NMI..

I will go on the datacenter today to find a solution.

Figured it wasn't since they were trying to copy data without it crashing, and generally hard drives crash once and they're dead... :p

I would have thought the datacenter had a better situation set up for backup/disaster recovery other than just running RAID...

The datacenter is only providing space and power. We are backing up most machines, might need to find a solution for the vip hosting machines too.
