I can answer. There's a website you must go to. You must apply for the server to be oked the you must buy it fool.

If you log into Graal.net, there is a form there which you can purchase a playerworld with.

I'm sure there was one point where you had to ask how to purchase one - come to think of it, didn't you ask me at one point? Or perhaps it was Phnom. People have to find out somehow.
