fore arm is unproportionate to the bicept, but the shading technique used is very good. possibly try enhancing the shadow under his bottom?

Yea, that's cool - but I'm afraid his head is a little bit too small, and his left forarm is far too long!
You did a nice job on the right hand (it's placement, pose, etc).
