Quantity of RoWs?
 

Yeah, so basically does anyone know around what number of RoWs there are now? Active RoWs and inactive?

I'm just interested in the numbers :)

That's really hard to estimate. It's not like they're evented off.

Probably between 50 and 100 active ones.

Yeah. That's a pretty accurate estimate. They aren't exactly scarce. Just not everyone shows them off.

Frankly, I'd like to see them start again. Haven't heard of a spawn in a long, long time.

As for the total estimate. Let's say there are 75, theoretically. Probably 50-55 of them are held by about 8-10 people. Just a guess on that, but I'll bet it's pretty damned accurate. Anyone who claims they aren't scarce is in the lucky bunch. Buying an RoW is nearly impossible and their price is skyrocketing. The excuse that they are going inactive is untrue. Power hoarders are stockpiling them as they watch the price go up and up and up. It will, of course, continue to rise - mostly because the entire strength system is based around the 'haves' and the 'have nots' in the RoW trade.

And all of that is without even beginning to mention the USD problem.

most rows were scammed or usd frauded then banned on those many usd fraud accounts. i know off the top of my head a few possible accounts that have about 6 row and then some out of circulation items on them.

rows also were a byproduct of brad back when he had someone help him consantly reproduce them and sell them. fun times, fun times.

It's more like if the spawning continues, the rich get richer. And usually rich people are the strong ones. No poor 'weak' person walks around with 20k plat.

To a certain point. After a while, the price of RoWs would decline.

I started out poor and accumulated wealth. It's not like it's impossible. And the economy is steadily getting better, which is a good thing.

No, but the moderate players that want to buy the RoWs and know whats going on sometimes do.

..I'm sure that most of the people who accumulate RoWs and hold onto them are just waiting until an item turns up which they want. For example, I have currently 6 unused RoWs in my inventory waiting to be traded for a zormite shield of honor ;)

its kinda unfair u know..they hard enough to find and i hear that several ppl are hoarding..thats kinda unfair uk now

I have 17 RoWs on my account.

It's not unfair. If someones worked to get them RoWs they should be able to keep them until they want to buy something else. For example i'm still 'hoarding' RoWs until I find someone who will sell me a zsoh, I currently have 9 RoWs on my account and i've lent 2 to Paul Dibides so that's 11.

Btw, if anyone is selling a zormite shield of honor i'm paying 7 RoWs and a KJ shield for it :)

In addition to my post above, when I say if they've worked for the RoWs I mean that by trading stuff for them and playing GK for a long time. ((Not buying them for USD)) ^^ >_<
