My account expired of gold (I bought it twice, started playing Zone the second subscription) It ran out and then I became like a trial again. 80HP no saves ect... If I upgrade will it go back to how it was when i was a gold member with all my kills/deaths/rank? If not I will simply not pay for graal anymore.

Yes, it will still all be there when you upgrade as it was when your gold expired.

if u had any of Event items and dont upgrade in a month u have to win them again

If you upgrade again it's like you never went to classic. You keep the same stats, items, weapons, etc.
