Shooting On Dropships CAN CAUSE LAG!
 

i think shooting on dropships shouldn't be avalible, only on sparring planet, or you can shoot like a couple of spaces away from the class changer incase your new and wanna see how your gun shoots, earlier i got disconnected from deathmatch with 45 people there and all shooting like mad, just disconnected in a bluepistole event. newayz hope staff read this

i agree, kind of, i think staff should have a command to disable shooting in dropship, cuz when events are one the dropship shooting lags me down also.

I mean, disable ice cannon in dropships. Thats it.

My problem is flamethrower and chaingun on the dropship. It lags the people fighting SO HARD.

and in events, when it lags liek that, u lag into DM and get killed in like 2 seconds. i dont but its happened to me once, its irritating.

I have a radeon 7500LE and 10 people using flamethrowers doesn't lag me.

Update your graphic card drivers, use adaware/spybot incase the problem may be there, on V2 running in 32-bit desktop color mode lagged the hell out of me...

Right click your desktop
Properties
Click "Settings"
On the Colors tab go to 16-bit.
Click Apply

Mines on 32-bit and it still works fine. ;)

mine was on 32 bit and i stuck it down to 16 bit and now i move a lot better and i get killed more. :/

Well, I can see why this would be a good idea, but also, many new players like to test how a gun shoots before they go into battle. One pro/one con...

or u could make stairs to a bunch of targets no not the store and have them test shooting at the targets and it is thought of as a different world so lag is only produced and used there and shooting is disabled inregular dropship except for jp???

I've got GeForce 6600 and it still lags. >_<

Then theres something wrong with your computer. Run adaware/spybot, check your color settings, get the latest drivers, make sure you have the latest version of directx, etc.
