Transparency over image
 

I don't know the name for this,but someone said it's possible in photoshop

you have an image,and it is somewhat transparent over a background image :whatever: I'm wondering how do I do this, it's kinda hard to explain heres an example:

Lower the opacity of the top layer. But in Graal, just use Gscript to do it.

Open a random Head.

Use a Rubber with 50% opacity.

And use it on the Head.

Then Save it as 24 bit png.

Done.
