I don't know if the plain fill of the boxes is too much of a problem, it's got to be something easy on the eyes remember, but it'd be nice if the boxes and the text stood out a little better from the background. Something like this maybe:

I imagine the longer box is for leg armour... and the bottom is for boots?

I would hate to be the sprite artist -_-

Yeh the background is a little plain due to my lazyness and the darker boxes do look better XD (I only done the wooden type texture on the outside of these and the colouring) I was gonna do a background texture, but didnt feel like it :-X
