Advertising other programs?

I got this mass message today and jailed the player and I was was wondering if this is jailable/bannable for advertising other programs that give your points/items for players visiting if not I am going to unjail him. I didn't see anything is the rules but I remember people getting jailed for massing out stuff like outwar and I wanted to know if this is the same situation. thanks

Er...you jailed someone without even being sure if it was illegal or not?

Sorry but posting the link here in the forum is not really better than posting it via PM. Please contact admins for that, instead of posting it on a public forum.
Advertisment for registering on other websites is of course not allowed, there is even a ban type for that. Talking about stuff in-game is of course ok, but massing links via PM to registration forms should not be allowed.
