Problem with create food
 

Someone did /cast create food chickenegg and this is what we got in the F2 list:

Way to go. Now they'll remove Chicken Eggs from the mudlib or otherwise prevent it from being created with create food.

Or hopefully have someone make graphics for the chicken. Both the chicken and the egg are technically edible. It's just that you have to let the chickens die off first, and they turn into food. If it doesn't get deleted, I may be able to get someone in the graphics forum or on Kingdoms debug to make stuff for it.

But which came first?

This is possibly an error from someone deleting things they shouldn't have, or someone trying to create a chicken and not getting it completed.

Then again it could be a new pet idea that was going to be completed soon.

I wonder why "someone" trying to cast such food? How do "someone" gets all these arch names? Perhaps from Debug? I think we should disable the option to cast special food to prevent more server crashes.

Actually, get this -- I went on debug to test this out myself, and guess what? GK HAS CHICKENS!! :O

The problem with the chickens is that the files necessary for them to show up have not been uploaded to kingdoms for some reason. (The ones theunknown mentioned.) The only thing that needs to be done to have chicken pets at this point in time is giving them a Health GUI and hiding their statistics along with uploading the necessary files. They die after a short period of time and turn into yummy edible food. Apparently, they have been there for a while, just never used before. Check it out!

Also, Zero and I just discovered that you can make a chicken item that looks edible, but isn't yet. As of right now, chickens turn into food, but perhaps they could turn into this instead.

There are chickens, R0bin and Osrs worked on. But they left before they finished the stuff.

We know that. We have a lot of not released pets, monster and so on. They special thing here is, that the chicken egg is like a pet egg. If somebody cast it, a chicken hatches out. And because of the lack of an image you see this health gui only.

Don't flood GK with this crappy health guis!

Yeah. That's why I said the text guis need to be converted to the gold healthbar GUIs that normal pets have. The screenshots are from debug.

Bjorn, if the chickens need to be completed, just let me know what's needed for them. You'd be surprised how much I've been doing small revisions here and there.

I appreciate it if we get chickens, it would be cool to grill them in the MMT.
Also a fresh egg for the breakfast would be neat!

Yeah I saw the chicken egg thing too. Eggs should really be in more dishes instead of none. Maybe like egg salad. Temporarily gives you dex or something. I know there are potions and breads that do that kinda stuff already.

Um, no? I'm thinking about the one I made on G2K2 Debug using the chicken graphics from Harvest Moon hehe. I made the ganis and everything. Too bad my AI coding back then sucked.

Shh...What Harvest Moon doesn't know won't hurt Harvest Moon. :rolleyes:

Harvest Moon graphics dont fit with GK, and we can make chickens 100 times sexier :o
