I quit my job.

Reasons? Well, seeing as I was teaching Jesse the controls and gave an example and used "Vulcan's Bra" as a joke, I got suspended. But Vulcan sees it fit to play "Lets have an insult competiton" with Typhoon over globals. Also with this:

I find this hillarious. Let's start from the top!

It's funny how you try to compare my actions versus yours when you weren't even online to see it. Not to mention that when you abused the set weapons command you were setting it to inappropriate content while the messages that Typhoon and I sent were of appropriate content and was not an "insult match" as you say. In fact, we were announcing the new ET and that there was a prize event going on...and yes, I did say that the global messages were not meant for chatting. However, you fail to mention that I sent that message because you and Gambet were talking in the global messages to each other.

Now, you talk about there not being CTF or GMT events. Kid, you're not the only person who knows how to make levels on Graal. Nor are you the only one who lives in GMT time zone. If you remember, Crono was going to do some stuff for CTF but ever since he had problems with his computer he's not been able to. And the GMT stuff is just stupid. You and I both know that a certain person in the GMT time zone barely missed moving on in the application. Why wouldn't I go to them?

I disagree. The announcement Typhoon and I made was an unorthodox announcement yet still an announcement. When I told Huwajux and Gambet to not use it as a chat it was when they were not hosting and the messages didn't pertain to events at all.

I fail to see how he molded the circumstances, in our global announcements we provided information, dark and gambet were just chatting without even hosting an event.

Why are you guys talking about me like I'm at fault? I havn't been on Zone in quite some time due to my lack of gold. The last time I was on, Stefan and all of the other ETs were chatting over what seemed to be global messages. I asked a fellow ET what command they were used, and they told me the command that you use to send global messages. I was quite confused, since I wasn't sure why Stefan and the other ETs were having a conversation over global messages, but I went ahead and said a few things using the global message command, thinking that it may have been updated for us to chat with each other through or so. After a bit, Vulcan said that we shouldn't use global messages for chatting, which I perfectly understand, and I apologized to Vulcan for my confusion on what occured. So, what's the big deal? Why does everyone keep mentioning my name, this wasn't anytime recent, nor was it a big deal.

I got suspended for having a joke, using the text "Vulcan's Bra" as a deathmatch weapon to give Jesse an example. I think my suspension was more of an emotional move by Vulcan than a logical one.

Against your first statement, you just gave me the logs. You say you were announcing the new ET, yet it seems like you act everyone knows Typhoon is an ET. Setting deathmatch weapons to "Vulcan's Bra" was a joke aimed at 13 year olds +. Which Graal is aimed at and the majority of Zone play. It was not innapropriate.

Gambet and I were not chatting over globals, I remember saying in a global "Looks like I died guys! From Stefan! I'll get him next round!". That's not chat directed towards Gambet. It's announcing that I died, like you did on a KOTH event once.

Vulcan: "Looks like a lot of people got their wish and saw me in jail!"

Again, very hypocritical. Also, towards GMT timing for events. I don't want to sound ****y, but what I hosted I hosted quite well. People enjoyed them (Except the odd few who were sore losers). And with the CTF map, I remember on AIM with Crono, asking him to help out with the new map. He said "I don't like Zone tiles, they make things look too square". Judging by my current map in progress and that "Thing" of a planet called Guild Wars, I would say my level design is superior (Again, I don't want to sound like a jackass, but I can't express it any other way. Also I make an exception for the lava cave design, that place rocks).

Darky, you didn't need to quit :(. I would have enjoyed hosting an event or two with you :(. But its your descision. May I ask how long the temporary ban was? Unless that doesn't need to be answered :O.

I can remember another specific time when Vulcan, Sayian, and Huwa were setting the death match weapons to "inappropriate" things. So Vulcan, if you're calling what Huwa did this time as "inappropriate", then what you saw before was perfectly fine, then?

Someone else (not really sure): /setdeathmatchweapons pornography

I know from recent experience that Vulcan's a ticking time bomb for these types of things. Don't leave the job because of a suspension, Huwa. I personally remember using stupid jokes like that when I was only an ET on Era. What'd it do for me? People liked me more because it was out of the ordinary "Hosting x for y"

Players respond better and more highly toward people like themselves that share their sense of humor. Vulcan's bra is a wonderful subject as I see it.

He did temp ban me from the ET. How long? He said when he sees fit, he will put me back. I am just fed up of him. I try hard to work with him and become friends, but he's just a natural jackass, so it is hard. So I've just given up on him, he doesn't respect me and never will. I don't even know what I did wrong for him never giving some respect to me. I don't want it anymore.

1 Simple thing: Isn't the object of an Event to have fun and make Zone a better place?
So, to make this easy, all of this is unneccesary.

Vulcan: He was just having a little fun, and showing Jesse the ropes.
Huwa: The fact that you used "Vulcan's Bra" as a weapon WAS a little inappropriate.
Both: The whole matter is over something small. You all have had to work with people that you hate (whether its Vulcan or Huwajux) and this is one of those things that can be worked out.

last event i was in with vulcan it went like this

i kill a lot of ppl with barrels.....then i c vulcan around with the storm rifle...well he kinda pissed me off since he made, basically, a p2p only event, so i threw a barrel at him
vulcan: STOP!!!!!!
me: y?
*vulcan shoots at me constantly* so i blew him up with barrels killin him =/

he quit, left -_-, no prize was given, dm was frigged up for like a week

i think THAT deserves an ET suspension other then darks small play

That was before the Event Tools were made and I had to do everything manually from server flags. It's funny how you fail to mention that before that event I said that if someone did not listen to the rules (Do not PK hoster, no teaming, no hiding, etc) that they would ruin the event for everyone and there would be no events for a week. Also, to clarify, DM wasn't messed up for a week. It repeated the event settings once then I changed it back to normal. However, there were no events for a week.

Also, you layed lava on the floor around where I was fighting and took off your tag. I walked into the lava and got hurt. And before you enter the childish phase of "lava is h0t *******", I was sparring and I knew the lava was from you. Thinking it wouldn't hurt me from my tag, I walked into it to avoid the bullets. You removed your tag, I was damaged. Not a permitted act by an ET member.

Also read my last post. I didn't quit just because I was suspended. If it was the only unjust thing Vulcan has done to me. I would of accepted it and waited it out. But there are other reasons...

No, Vulcan was in the wrong. Events are not there for people to win special weapons, they are there for fun. And limiting the players to P2P by using a P2P weapon was unfair.

So, if I hadn't changed the weapons to "Vulcan's Bra" and instead left the deathmatch planet in an event status for 3 days. It would be better off?

Seriously, I bet half the people, if not more, who read the Zone forums skip your posts, or don't even bother finishing them.

i dont do it on purpose, its a habit, i dont type grammatically on aim or newere else other then school, and i started to type more grammatical for awhile, until, well, i saw ppl doin the "0mGrz TeH W1N l33T" crap that pissed me off...and insulted more grammar on other posters, y am i the only 1 tho from u gettin the grammar treatment?

Obviously, I have never seen anyones posts quite as unreadable as yours. There are some people who do it ocassionally, but not in every single post.

Whether it is a habit or not, you still can help it unlike some others who have a different language, or maybe learning problems, or disorders, or whatever.

The only thing you are going to do is make other people mad, make people not take you seriously, and make the people who make you mad, happy. You think they care? If they did, they wouldn't be typing that way, on purpose to make others mad to begin with....

It very much irritates me when people yell at others for their grammer, especially when it is minor stuff, and the posts are perfectly readable. Just ignore them, who cares?
But, on the other hand, it greatly irritates me to see people type badly on purpose to irritate people...
