What do you mean by "buttonised"???

PS: GG for GAT on UN =D.

Draenin 05-13-2006 02:19 PM

All you did was make the center gradient. There wasn't really any shading involved, because there was nothing to shade.

Oh ok, in fact, I'm not English or American, I thought I could call this shading..

Draenin 05-13-2006 02:33 PM

It's a color gradient. There was nothing 'shaded' except maybe a red or black box, originally. Or perhaps even white. You do shading when you take any particular object and cast highlights / shadows onto it. Zero knows quite a thing or two about it.

Draenin 05-13-2006 02:44 PM

The one and only.

Goboom 05-13-2006 03:01 PM

Try doing it with a sphere, and use only 5 colors. Challenge yourself.

zephirot 05-13-2006 03:05 PM

5 Colors only? Woah, XD I will try.

Elk 05-13-2006 04:27 PM

Yo good try zeph. :D I think it was pretty good. I like using a lot of colors when I'm shading. But on this garbage can I made I used about 5 different shades on the entire thing.
