The view with the guys back turned looks very awkward, especially when you look at the legs.
Try searching google or something for anatomy drawing tutorials, and base the body parts losely off of those, even if something is supposed to look "cartoony" it should still have some human-like features. (Relax them arms please...:()

It is very small, and the shading is very pillowy, make sure there is a specific light source. Or some sort of pattern in your shading.
