This is an image I'm working on for a little project. Since no one is on to give me any opinions, I figured I'd post it on here and see what yall think.

I can think of an easy way to fix that; just make it sort of wiggly.

Draenin 05-08-2006 01:26 PM

It should have a factory smokestack or something. :}

just a fast painting xD

Draenin 05-08-2006 08:37 PM

I don't see any smokestacks. C'mon, guys. Those horses aren't turning into glue by themselves.

I was bored during my off period, so I made another mushroom house. It's more like what Elk suggested it should look like. Didn't have any programs to save it as a .png with a trans though.

Maybe a little bigger Elk :p, but remember what the project is. It's supposed to be small.

the colors look really horrible, or the shadeing or w/e its called. I dont do graphics but I just know the colors and all that could look 30x better.

One which image? And can you point out anything specific that you don't like about the colors? Note, that the second one I did in less than thirty minutes in the school library.

zephirot 05-10-2006 01:47 PM

Lol, I bet we can turn into mini-players.....JUS' LIKE ZELDA THE MINISH CAP.

petro1212 05-15-2006 03:29 PM

mm... the images Skrobo did where ok I only HATE the pallet. But this kinda calls for a graal challange in the form of "design the best graal Mushroom house"... hasn't been done before? right..

Skrobo2 05-15-2006 05:56 PM

Hmm. Well, I know the colors in the pallet are kind of dull and pale, but there was a reason for that.
The images will be used in an underground setting, which would mean 'seteffect(0,0,0,0.4);' would most likely be used. I figured making the colors like that would make it stand out a little more when the seteffect is used. But, I could go back and refine the pallet, no problem.
