Idea for hiring
 

My idea of hiring:

At first anyone gets the rank of a civilian.
After one week his rp is tested.. if its too bad he gets removed, if its good he has the chance to decide which Rank-Group to enter.

What do you think?

Sounds like it should be. Dunno how you plan on 'testing' the roleplaying capacity of a person in one week, though.
