Minning tunnel elevators
 

The warping abilities of the "elevators" have become rather annoying, you can't even get through without retrying 10 times on a single one. Theres more then just a few that you have to use, and its extremely annoying. Eventually the Lagg alone will get you just far enough so you dont get warped back.

Example "mines2_c-4.nw" The elevator in here I notice to be really buggy.

I don't have this problem.

You usually have to stop right on the elevator and so that you don't get teleported right back into the previous level. So you can't walk constantly through it. But hey, it's an elevator...shouldn't you have to stop?

I've never had a problem.

I too never had this problem when I was on dialup, That alone points to lagg issues hide certain bugs or help others.

I'm on a fast line and I see no problems.

I'm on dial up and this happens to me. when sage sypher held the event in the mines(props to him, really good idea) I would warp back like 10 times like dayaa said. It didn't matter if I held the button in or let it go when I walked through the elevator. something is wrong with it. Just probably hard to find the error =/

Yeah, I used to have this problem were you cant just hold left to keep moving, it warps you bakc and forth, and I cant tell which place is which!

Now you do see? I've actually went to a friends house where the connection would be 30 times faster then my own DSL connection and still got the problem. I haven't gotten time to try dialup but I guess that does the same thing as Viper said.

I have the same problems with that very same elevator. I don't go to the stone mines very often but every time I do I have that problem there. My connection is really fast but it seems like you have to wait for it to lag to get it to work properly.

I'm on DSL and this happens.

EDIT:

My best suggestion to fix the thing is to change the coordinates for when it warps, and move them a bit more forward, so the two warpfields aren't stepping on each other.
