The user has limited knowledge of the server and the services it provides, especially to a technical aspect. Her plea for help, while whole lacking in detail, is enough to get the attention of administration. We're both aware that administration can get the picture once they arrive.

Its Graal Kingdoms in general or only the dungeons or so? Do you have the same problem with other servers?

It's mostly in Bomboria. Maybe it would help to restrict that you can use pegs to store your pets outsite.
