Most people who live in England are alcoholics by the age of 12.

Can't do much in the US when you are 19... just savor your last taste of 'teenage' years.

Not in the U.S, but in the UK and, I think, Europe you can buy alcoholic beverages.

Can not drink in US until you are 21... and some people are trying to make it 24.

You can't drink LEGALLY until your 21 but I know a lot of people who drink who are under 21, and I've seen places in New York sell it to people w/ out checking for ids who are younger then 21.

People under 21 drink everywhere lol. It happens a ton here.
