My graalian family and I are building a home for us to upload on NPulse. I've made the exterior of it. I'd like to hear your opinions... It's a pyrimad but not with the typical tiles.. much more original... :whatever:

Looks original but unrealistic and kind of ugly. Look at it, it's as skinny as ****. Give the thing some fat food, make it fatter! >_<

It's insides tiles gone wrong outside. It's like an implosion. I agree original, but nothing flows, you can't say there is a tile error as it's lots to make a new 'idea'. Really not my style. 2/10

And can someone please tell Ducati that Graal is ALL 2d with the exception of Graal 3d? He told me it was too 2D.. and when I told him that Graal is 2D he says I need to learn my graphics -_- oh brother.. and then claims I cant take contructive critism.. lol it's 2 D buddy.. 2D

I like the idea, but its too thin, and I don't liek the towers

Okay so definitely increase the width of the pyramid.. and possibly remove the towers?

I like the creativity, but yes make it fatter, and possibly play with the tiles that you have going around the edge. Good job!

I say start over with the house and just use a regular unoriginal style considering itll look better. Then you can figure a way to make it more orginal.

Definately make it thicker in terms of the y axis on the ground. So that it makes more geometric sense. Definately original though. Also, perhaps a way to make the top of the towers look not so...huge?

Sorry, still isn't going on N-Pulse with that style con. It's not N-Pulse's look and both me and TWINEINZ agree that it doesn't fit. So it will have to meet with NP's terms. The same rule applys to everyone.

Man, I'm not sure if anyone agrees with me but that is the worst tileset to use if you want to use creative tiles like that.

I don't like NPulse's tileset in general, I think it's disgusting, pixelated and I feel that if I were to stare at it for a short period of time my eyes would start to bleed.

It's interesting what you tried to do but you can't do it with that EoA tileset. I'd like to see what you could come up with with a tileset that doesn't suck something awful.

1. graal is 3d viewed. It's not a 3d game. But it's not flat 2d like alex kid. You need some sort of depth to the buildings instead of a flat 1 viewed image to a level.

2. You couldn't take constructive critism when I was trying to help you in the begining.

Funny, original; unlike the tons of remakes of styles done by other people posted on these forums daily. That doesn't take the fact away that it hurts my eyes but still worth a 6 (out of 10) for the effort.

Probely fixing the perspective but still using the same tile assortment will give you a "nicer" level.

To reply to "1." Regardless, "Graal is 2d": that's all I said and you told me to "learn your graphics" when I said that. (insult)

To reply to "2." You weren't giving me constructive critism at first, you insulted my work. Contructive critism is when you point something out I should fix or fix in the future. You were extremely condasending, -_- and I never once insulted you, yet when I claimed YOU did you would say, "not to be rude" or "no offence" lol ..got to love those. The point is you WERE rude and OFFENSIVE regardless if you say "not to be". People say that all the time, it's a key that they are about to be. After I got offended the worst I said was "get over yourself" about Graal being 2D and then you claim I was pushing it and you weren't going to help me. Finally, the thing about being a staff member is you don't talk to people in a rude way esspecially if they are paying customers and wasn't being rude to you; you are no better then anyone else here. :\

With that said, now to be serious, I was simply offended on how you communicated the results of my project. Communication is very important.. Take this with a grain of salt, as constructive critism, only because I see room for improvment in these areas for you. In the meantime I will scrap the project and start over.

Anyway.. you can ask anyone from N-Pulse when they ask for a level rating I do warn them before hand that I can come across harsh, but I really do mean no offence by it.. as I train alot of people. I told you simply that your house had no depth (and I have said this to many many people) and it looks like a flat 2d image, and that it doesn't fit NP style. (oh yes, graal isn't ment to have depth as it's is a 2d image right?! wrong!) Even Heather, TWINEINZ, was nice to you about it aswell.. stright away when I said I didn't like it you were WHAT?! LOL HOW?! Everyone I showed loved it! and you wern't listening what I was trying to tell you.. except you were telling me that Stefan and Unix had told you that you had some great leveling perspective and your love by all.. or something like that.
I have never been rude to anyone about there leveling, and even if I seem harsh I never put peoples levels down. BUT if I dont like them I will tell them what I personaly think isn't right with it and suggest otherwise. (which I even did with you, I suggest castle tiles)

Okay so as Asst. ETA I made levels for an event and tried to introduce a new design to the server because frankly I think N-Pulse has a -terrible- levels standard that was undoubtably set by the trash that you produce which you seem to call "leveling".
I don't know who you sucked off to become LAT Admin on that server, but they must have been desperate.
Yeah I was fired, I won't deny that. I was fired because I warped into a cancelled event. I'm sure the fact that I stopped working for that P.O.S server about 3 months before removal had nothing to do with it.
In the entire time I was Asst. ETA there, I made a grand total of 3 levels.

I was ETA on Babylon for 4 years. I really don't -give a damn- that I was removed on NPulse after a few months. Frankly that job is getting boring, and after designing 30+ events, the ideas that run through my head are getting stupider as the day goes by, because i've already done everything there is to do.

N-Pulse levels are trash that are made by me? Well actully currently there is no current OW level on there I have made. It has been from players such as zerxus, Acid, Inferno, Moonie, Zido and a few more. The new OW on another hand is made by me and TWINEINZ.. but you havn't seen any of that yet... and you don't have a clue what insides on NP are mine. So this 'trash' I have made.. I really havn't made at all. lol.

Contego I do see some wierd formations inside of my head of what you were trying to make. Just cant make it with those tiles lol.

O and Ducati, If your saying someone else is big headed maybe you should check yourself..........before you wreck yourself lol. <- Doubt you know anything bout that lol.

I certainly don't think it's appropriate to annouce if someone was fired or quit. I NEVER did in my previous titles. I would say, "don't worry about it". I think only staff really should be the ones you tell, which in reality they don't have to know either... -_-

But to another point...out of curiousity, if you could enlighten me Ducati, if you only made 1 level which got you hired and not ONE is on N Pulse to get 'player reactions' then how is it you are so confident that you OW will be right? And do you really have the skills needed to make or judge levels?

Finally, I think I'm moving my business to Maloria now : ) and swing by NP on occassion rather then NP being the place I always was. Good luck keeping that playercount up!

Hiring and Firing of people isn't anything to hide and I stated it because he was a played of N-Pulse till then.

Anyhow, for you 'enlightenment' I got hired on my player house which was 2 outside and 6 inside levels. Anyhow, I havn't dont a OW (outside) for N-Pulse for quite some time because I had worked on EOA, which was ment to be N-Pulse, then I worked on Zhalla which was also ment to be N-Pulse.. neither of these project made it to the server due to managers changed and stoping all development.
How am I so confident? Lots of people have seen my levels and have highly rated them. I have posted levels here before, quite a few years ago.. but still they did well. I was also hire, and worked for 2k1.

Np. N-Pulse has always had it's style.. and playing / working on N-Pulse I have probably adapted to it's style yes. But not everything on NP I like.
I know you like to think of me being that arrogent.. but I have views and guild lines.. wether people like it or not.

Get rid of the towers.
