ADCP will not let me Restart my playerworld or NPC Server

Ok I log into the ADCP and goto the Status of my Playerworld "Exodus"
And it just says N/A for the Status I keep Refreshing but it just says the same thing ..

it will let me to the part where you normally restart the playerworld and NPC Server but when I Restart them It does nothing ..... Anybody know what the problem is?

This is something you should be talking to an administrator about. What I would suggest is that you submit a support ticket so that certain people with the ability to fix such a thing may view the problem and fix it.

If you wish to know the various possibilities of what could be wrong, at best to my knowledge:

- The database cannot read the server information and therefore temporarily removing your control to stop, start or restart the server.

- The status of the server is temporarily unavailable, or "not available" and will be back up as soon someone can get to it; automatically within a certain period of time.

- Possible issues with graal.net billing in reference to the server's availability.

In any case, you should contact people with the authority to fix such a problem for security reasons and your own benefit.

I'll contact unixmad about this problem. A lot of people seem to be having it.

Thanks for letting us know.

I can simplify everything you've said into this one point:

- Problem with monit on that server

monit???
I'm not sure it's the server, Stefan is normally able to jumpstart the NPC server right away, or anyone else who helps out

Yep. Just felt like turning it into what my idea of a graal support ticket might be like.

im having same problem on mana realms

KuJi 04-01-2006 08:43 PM

Make a Support Ticket, and Ibonic will let Stefan / Unix know and will fix it. I had the problem a week ago.

Ibonic 04-01-2006 08:55 PM

I just checked these two; Exodus seems fine, and Mana Realms (at least the gserver) should be now. But as already stated: anyone who still has a problem, please do create a support ticket.
