This has been bugging me for sometime and I can't take it anymore. - turns off the chat bar, anytime you hit it... FIX IT!

You will have to be a lot more specific (as in, see the link in my signature about bug reports), especially since I am unable to recreate this problem.

the chat bar turns off... its really annoying.. Ive been able to do it on my desktop and laptop.

I managed to find the problem myself by doing a little investigating.

in graal4config.txt theres a line:
keyset_switchtochat_key1=-

i just got rid of it.

I think that means your key configuration was set to toggle the chatbar when the - key is pressed, not so much a problem.
