The suggestion is to delete them, not to follow them.

They are threads which have been deleted, or search queries which have been removed from the cache, leaving dead links.

Hello? Is anyone going to look into the searches of "erotic", "anal sex", "anal" and "sex"?

Look what I came up with by searching for erotic:

Since the new precedent has been set that anything to do with these is to be removed, all of these threads which bare a mention to the topics at hand should be removed.

Stop bringing up old threads, and if you have something legitament, and not from years ago, to report, use a forum PM and not a thread, and it will be looked into.
