"noob quests"

I'v seen alot of people abusing them lately,
people getting gold from the "wounded lady" than giving it to another account and going back to get more gold. (This isn't a very fast way to make money, but it works)

A simmilair thing happens with the iron ore's...

You only get the gold 3 times. Or you mean they are restarting again to gain more gold coins? Can eventually put a time limit on the restart command so you cannot restart again for 15 minutes or so.
The iron and flute cannot be dropped.
