Graal isn't corrupt. The 10 yr old admins they hire are, though.

graal can never be corrupt, but its populus can be in a deep state of corruption as i said..please read closer...

People souldnt worry about the lower staff, they are mostly carefuly monitered by their cheifs and admins. And don't have any real power. Take polcie for faq for instnace, all tehy can do is do masses with tags when they shoudnt, but than tehy would be talked to or fired by their cheif. Or ET, we can only sue horse whistle outside of events, or rig events so freinds win, or use tag when being atcacked but we too would be fired or spoken to.
