Lord Charming bug!!

I charmed lords today, I want to say 3 or 4 of them. I am not requesting the experience back or anything of the sort. The exp did not drop into any catergory (or personality which was my intentional goal) nor did the monster follow me. I know the script had been edited from the old one where Lords followed paths. So are they not meant to be controllable? Anyways after I killed the Lord monster with a dagger the exp didn't fall into Physique either, in fact the lord gave me no experience whatsoever.

Is there something wrong with the new script that disallows this? Or was this intentional? Thanks in advance for any responses.

I forgot to mention that I was in fact successful in charming it with the personality skills. The message DID appear labeled, "you convince evil bomy lord lord to follow you".

Currently it is not following you, may be should add something to make a monster non-charmable at all so you don't get exp for charming (currently its just stopping to follow). It is possible that you don't get exp for killing a monster once it has been charmed, although I haven't tested that yet.
The lords have been made so that they don't dupe/get lost like before, but to make that possible they cannot be charmed right now, they need to follow their path.

You don't get exp when you have a charmed monster or a pet, the charmed monster acts as a pet and not a monster, so it doesn't give experience. You would have to play the song on the flute to make the monster to attack in order to get the experience.

Charmed monsters and pets attack other monsters without you playing the song. Playing the song is only for releasing them and letting them act as monsters again (ie: attacking other players)

I didn't get to level fifteen personality by sitting around (no hostility intended). You do in fact get personality experience when you charm a monster, just not a lord. It's the lords that will not follow you. Every other monster (including a very glitchy pair of casting monsters [cyclops and demon] which i will get to test out with the new AWESOME magic system shortly, in difficult and immense maps) that I have charmed with the two skills, singing and oratory. Sometimes when I can't sing or the monster ignores me I cast pacify then use oratory to get the experience in the personality skill tree.

It used to be fun to take the lords into maps and watch them slice apart panthers and sabertooth tigers like they were soft cheese. I didn't realize that the new Lord script conflicted with personality.

Forgot to mention that I don't think it is neccessary to gain something like Physical Exp after killing a charmed monster, they are helpless against you if you have already charmed them. Kinda silly to get exp twice from the same monster, of any size. Unless of course you are repeatedly stealing from it.

Which reminds me, I should really up my Agility Exp...
