Help with Folderstructure

To get something tidied up i decided to make a new good folder structure.

Sadly no levels are found now, the level set as OSL wont load too.

How can I set it that the foldername for Levels doesnt have to be /levels/?
I like my folderstructure much better x.x

You mean using folder config so you can have your levels organized in to subfolders and such? o.O
