Particle Modifiers and Particle Events?
Hi,
someone has some code that makes use of particle modifiers more clear? and is there a way to make events for particles? like a function gets called when a particles lifetime ends like the onprojectile() thing |
|
already looked there cant get modifiers to work lol
and i cant find anything about catching destroying events there :( |
Can you give us an example of the script you are working on? Perhaps we can spot an error that you have not.

got the modifiers to work now forgot the variable modification type
so i recall that there was something like onactionprojectile() and onactionprojectile2() at gs1, that triggered when a projectile impacted and had information of the x, y and params of the impacted projectile is there something like this for particles? like onactionparticle() ? Would be nice for some scripts to know when and where a particle gets destroyed |
i found out about dropemitters now
well i have a problem now, because i dont know how to get particles(like snow, firework explodes etc) to collide with ground, walls and water i only know that they get destroyed after end of lifetime but how to make them collide with the ground? |
