RC2 Scrolling Bug?
 

Does anybody else have this?
My RC Crashes when I hold the scrollbar with my mouse and slide it up/down fast. Though it's only happened to me in scripts, and I have trouble recreating it.

Oh yea, and one big suggestion. Can we have a print feature for scripts? Maybe even something that gives you a .txt list of all the files on the server (In case you need to make some find-replace program when you decide to change the entire server's system... would be the easiest way to account for all the files that way).

I will try to check the problem with the script window.

Print: you mean for outputting the text with syntax highlighting ?

It crashes RC completely, but I've only had it occur when scrolling in a script (classes/weapons).

Well Stefan you will have a dozen a problems to check.
Before you release anything newb....please have you and Globals test it out for like a month or so before you release it.........................................

Jackel, that's exactly what Stefan did. Also, that doesn't change the fact that it has more upsides than downsides in the decision of an upgrade.

I found another scrolling bug though. It's a lot easier to reproduce, but doesn't crash the program like the other one.

When you're hovering the mouse on a player in the player list for their information to popup (or perhaps even on the minimap) if that information is still showing and you scroll in RC the drawing of the text gets screwed up.

We have tested it almost 2 years :) The scrolling problem only seems to happen with certain installations / GTK versions.

I'd have liked to have it two years ago!!
