Horse-Cloak Gani fix

I know how much you GK staff just love work...
Anyways here, see what you think of this gani fix...

**OK Stefan told me to add in what was wrong.

The legs were showing through the cloak when facing up while you were on a horse. I fixed the 2 gani files that I could find that related to that. The idle and walk/run gani.
