I really like the graal irc, but i think there should be something like chanserv, so that you can reserve channels, get mod rights and so on.
It would be better for pws that could protect their channel, and you could have control of a channel if you was the first registering it.

We had the first bot and #LAT, and now there are like 3 x-x. Sure its public domain, but if you want to use a channel and care of it, you should have rights to keep it clean.

Explain.

Yeah another idea would be that global staffs could get admin/mod in channels like #Lat and so on,
Every PW gets a room reserved fitting to its name,
and that the rest would be freely accessible (the firest one that wants it gets chanserv there, or whatever)

Well, I imagine that with the rise of channel modes, that people creating channels will be able to control who can enter and such.
