He upgraded his account from a trial, problem is the account is still a trial.
He's said that the money has been deducted from his paypal account, but he's still a trial account.
The account of the player is 'gresiusgoldtooth'.
I've told him to create a support ticket, but I don't think he know's how.
Thanks, if someone can reply with the reason why he's not been upgraded.

He really need to open a support ticket about it, i have checked and i don't see paypal payement (he was always paying with the phone system OPTELO) but i can't verify if i don't have a paypal TRANSACTION ID or the email.

When I upgraded my account with paypal to that same package, just before the Christmas weekend, there was a paypal delay till around December 28th - but it did eventually go through.

He's managed to get into the support center. Thanks again! :)
