Town competitions
 

This weekend we will hold the first event where the great members of Westford, Pirton, Rum Town and Milton will have a chance to compete against each other. These monthly events will be a good chance for us to have fun and develop camaraderie during a friendly competition. The winning town will get a trophy, which they can keep until the next town competition. Our website will also identify the winner as town of the month, with a trophy icon next to their name. In addition, the winning town will get supplies of boards, iron and coal for their supply house. The event format will be different each time - one month boat wars, the next a big scavenger hunt, etc. So, lets show up on Saturday to represent our town and continue our quest to make CP the best it can be.

As a former Mayor of Westford I am sure the citizens of Westford will win!
It's a great idea to hold a town contest!

Too bad I am too busy on weekends to play. I hope someone can represent Westford in my stead as I doubt I will be able to get on.

The results of the town competition: Pirton, under the direction of Mayor Maroku was the winner. Second place was Westford, led by Commodore Chris Steele (formerly of Westford, standing in for Mayor Sage). Congratulations to Pirton, they received building supplies and the coveted town trophy for their victory!

(By the way, this month's event was a scavenger hunt of items that could be found on Pirates Island (such as a hook, Pirate rum, torch, rat tails, etc.), next months event will be something completely different).

Scavanger hunt isn't my strong point i'm afraid hehe.

Next month the tables will heat up, And a big battle for the town trophy will be at hand.

I unfortunately missed the event as well because of a family obligation. Had I been there that trophy would rest in the Rum Town office right now!

Well you'll have to wait and see har har.
Westford aren't no pushover.
To be honest.. i bet more towns will start to liven up, with the new recruits and all.
These future battles will be more interesting as time passes by.
Who knows what these battles and showdowns will be like in the future.
Its worth the wait though if you ask me.
I can see some great events and hard competitions ahead with the rivalry of the towns ;)

Next Pirton will win and keep the trophy.

Is it only Mayors who can compete in the town events? Or can the citizens of the town compete? I'd love to do the boat war competion.
