Graal Forums - extremely unpleased

as the topic title says... as a paying customer of Graal, it is unfortunate that my account has been declined for unban request. I just don't get it... one day, i'm jailed because the other guy got mad cuz i hit him after he tried attacking me first in a spar, then the next day, I'm banned for an unlisted reason. i send a support ticket for unban request, then the next day after recieving a reply, it now it says i'm banned for GOD MODE??

wtf?? the funny thing is, i haven't even been on Graal since after I got jailed. wtf is going on with my account??? I don't even have or used any cheat programs in my entire life. I have a pentium 2 400 GHz processor and a dial-up internet connection. i know i'm gonna get some bad feedback from this post, but i'm just so extremely mad and displeased with the service and the staff on Graal. one thing i know for certain, is that i won't be doing anymore business with this company again, nor anything to do with Graal as well.
