Brick Wall
 

Below is a picture of a brick wall I made in June. I wanted to know what ya'll {the graal graphic comunity} thought about it. I had always thought it to be pretty good pixel art, what ya'll think?
P.S-The JK is my name John Klein =) Don't want anybody stealing my work.

Not bad, although it looks like the stucco is just a layer over a cloud filter. I would add some texture to the stucco... and get rid of the JK ;)

I think the morter (or whatever that crap is called) could use a bit more detail :x

Not bad, but the bricks are too colourful.

No, I did this in Adobe CS2. I made the bricks on a trans backround then I added a grey/concrete looking backround. I then burned it with the burn tool till it looked like weathered concrete.
{note:The JK is on another layer, I could delete the layer and repost without the JK if you want}
Also, the colored bricks are realistic. My houses bricks don't match color. They are many diffrent colors.

The bricks are kinda 'round', I'd suggest adding 1 or 2 pixels more in each corner, looks very nice :)

I remember seeing that on some server-graphics forum in a tryout thread...
Can't rememeber who made the thread though.
