I've suggested long ago that we make ice edible, but it would make teeth fall out when eaten.

ReBorn_Spirit 12-31-2005 01:45 AM

no no no, It should be if you eat so many you have a higher chance that yoru teeth will randomly fall out or even break... on the next cube of ice

Int and Wis -2 for thirty seconds or until hit by a fire-element weapon or spell ><

Draenin 12-31-2005 05:48 AM

Snowballs should be equippable and used like you use a bow and arrow. :]

Once upon a time.

MasterNuke 12-31-2005 06:46 AM

I would really like an alch recipe to make big mana crystals involving icecubes.

xAndrewx 12-31-2005 04:31 PM

I wouldn't mind that either.

ReBorn_Spirit 01-05-2006 01:48 AM

I'm actually going to agree with Ed for once, Icecubes are used in 2 things... I think.. Why not put them to use for something else.

That would be hot. What else are icecubes used for besides an icebox? I know you used to be able to get a lot of EXP by burning them.

ReBorn_Spirit 01-05-2006 11:28 PM

Well, you can identify an icecube and get like 10 EXP or something from it, after that, its worthless, because its use list is just Icebox making and identifyable..

Still think they should be in a few Alchemy spells, you know, to make weapons with cold attack.

BLOODY-SWORD 01-08-2006 05:10 AM

we should add random areas of ice around gk, so that players would slide around when they least expect it, could be fun

The only thing that would really fit would be converting icecubes to water I guess (using the torch) x-x

Would you do this by how much it weighs to an equal weight amount of water(actually a little less)? Or 1 icecube = 1 water?

ReBorn_Spirit 01-08-2006 12:22 PM

If you added a few different types of weapons to Alchemy, you could use ice to make things with ice attack or a cold resist/attack potion thing.

That would allow good spar weapons to be made with alch. Would probably manage to plummet the value of the ID and the FID.

ReBorn_Spirit 01-09-2006 02:36 AM

I wasnt meaning by creating FIDs or IDs for that matter. Was more so pointing out the ability to add ice attack to a weapon with alchemy... of course you'd have a chance of destrying the weapon too then, but thats the cost.

That's what he was saying. Having an elemental attack is one of the key concepts of a spar weapon. Being able to alch cold-elemented weapons would mean people probably wouldn't use IDs or FIDs as much (lowering the cost.)

Draenin 01-09-2006 07:26 PM

I like Ed's idea for making mana crystals using icecubes. The recipe ought to go something like...

Large Mana Crystal
3 Ice Cubes
3 Water
1 Sapphire
