GK major problem
 

There are items disappearing in people's houses. one of my items disappeared too. an evil bomy helm +10.

I have submitted a ticket on graal support about this. its been 3 weeks or so and still no reply.

if you don't want to help me or cannot be bothered all you have to do is say so.
i been waiting for help by staff members for a long time now and i am starting to lose faith in the graal staff.

VIP accounts don't seem to get a great advantage also as some have had this problem and also recieved no help.

Please contact me and give me the help that i have paid money for.

I feel it is very unfair... a scammer scams you or steals an item they get sorted out yes? A glitch takes your items and nothing happens??
i feel these issues need sorting out.
as a glitch can take more than 1 person's stuff.

As Damix said, this is a 'GK' problem and should be in the 'GK' thread...

I doubt your problem is purposly being ignored. Support tickets are 'not' the only method to get help. You can contact a GK Staff member by pm'ing them online, or emailing one of them.

I sincerely doubt you're being discriminated against.

I don't see any support tickets that are near 3 weeks old, but I'll admit that most GK issues aren't resolved very efficiently. Maybe because they're not very common and therefore we're not as prepared for them as others. That doesn't mean we're ignoring you or unwilling to help though.

As it is now, usually Stefan (who is very busy coding the game and so many other things) is the only one who can deal with such issues. I (and others) have tried to help, but just don't have the tools or GK know-how needed. Hopefully this will change sometime; But unfortunately all I can really do now is ensure you that the ticket will be responded to and the issue addressed -- just not in the time frame that you (and I) expect and would like to see.

His problem is resolved by me.

Hey Sam, why wont you do something for me? Ive been TRYING for the last week and a half to figure out where my fisherhat went when the server crashed, but NO, everyone is "busy" doing the christmas event we never had!

I dont have any fisherhat in my ownership, but I had a bomy lord helmet so I could help him.

I'd love it if my Pirate Bracers would be returned. Yannick traded them to me some 11 months ago and nobody has even made an effort to retrieve them for me.

Juggernaut scammed by Talefung Sword and I have been trying to get this returned to me for over a year I think. Thanks for the support, staff team. You help so many people with their problems.

I wonder if they even read the tickets, I bet they never read mine or Tig's months ago ^^
