About account bannings...
 

I see an above average amount of "wrongful" account bannings these days, so I have an idea to help solve this.

1. When a person is caugh doing something wrong, they are given jail time and have their account "flagged". Basically, any admin can check their "flag" record to see if they've been flagged.

2.If the person is caught doing something wrong again, their account is double flagged, and they are given a longer jail sentence.

3. If they are caught doing something wrong with 2 flags on their account, a banning is issued.

I think this would greatly improve gameplay and reduce wrong bannings.

Banning should be only for a certain amount of time. Perhaps 2 weeks.

Hmm, I know that the latest version of RC allows you to add comments to an account (There's a special comments field), they could just fill in information there.

It would be nice if there was a command to add a message to someone's comments box.
