Graphics Request?

I'm not positive if this is allowed, something tells me I really shouldn't be posting this, but I cant see anywhere that says I cant, so here it goes.

I need a open book GUI about 1/4 of the size of an average graal level, for a scripted library i'm doing. I also need a bookshelf that goes in count with the sandy tiles (absolute right of the classic tileset). You will be credited for this, and if you do the book thing, please feel free to put your name at the bottom right side of the book page. You will still be credited if you dont do that.

I know how hard pixel-art is, I dont want anything extravagent, just fairly clean.

As much as I'm aware - it's not against the rules. All in the same, if someone asked you to clean their car for them, would you? I doubt it, even if they said they would give you due credit.

What is your AIM sn?

Well since I see nothing interesting on the fourms ill post here,

Maybe somone who makes graphics might come along and take a look at this.
They might think Hey, Ive never made this before and they will try to make it.
Not having anything to do with it they might just "give it away".

So the car thing isnt really fair. and Im rlly bored thus I posted my opinion.

If you're relating creating art to cleaning a car... You really shouldn't be an artist of any sort.

Most people don't enjoy cleaning cars. Many people enjoy making graphics.

Also I would like to point out that, while a majority of people can clean cars, a majority of people can't do good graphics.

The "Mermaid Car Wash" sure can't clean cars.

$25 for a detail and I swear, they just dump Windex all over. Good heavens...

I have MSN - Any Graphical Artist willing to take this up, please email me/IM me on:
[email protected]

If I do not respond, I am asleep or at school. (hoorah.) I'll respond/email when I return.

It would be greatly appreciated, I cant really script the book until I have a decent GUI. Once I do, I intend to make the source openly availible for all to learn off.

And sorry about the paranoia :X Spending too much time on the Era forums does it to you. Abrasive people. *shrugs*

Some people enjoy cleaning their car, although I'm certain most don't enjoy cleaning other people's cars. I enjoy making my own graphics, but not other people's.

Yes, I am planning on going to college to become a 3D artist or concept artist, or maybe both. I already have my tuition paid so yeah.

davidpsy 12-02-2005 08:28 PM

It probably won't fit in with what you're doing, so I'm not gonna finsih it for now, maybe later if I deside to use it for something else.
