It's Bland. Alot of pointless things in there. An OSL should be to the point. Two different colours of windows, Ew. The walls change heights.

An osl should have some function. It should look pleasing to the eye and it should contain stuff people need.

E.g "news" signs and basic tut/info signs/npcs.
You should ontop of the above listed reasons make it look nice.If people see 4 blue walls and a flower (the orange tiles) floor, they will log of faster than you can say smugly (super mucho ugly)

Oh, and the level itself would get a 2/10 any day of the year for efford.
