Land Owning
 
A nice addition would be to be able to own the land right outside your house, like just a few tiles or perhaps more, maybe for the leader of the kingdom to decide. That way, players could place furniture such as tables, chairs, lamps, etc outside their homes without them being stolen.

Yes, I believe this was suggested before. Regardless it's a nice idea.
