It can just be delay when i hit the S or Space bar on here it delays 1 second leaving me a time limit to take a picture or even a screenie with Print Scrn and to me i couldn't find a pic resembling that. I may be wrong but i doubt it's a picture.

I think the "A" "S" "D" in the GUI at the top proves it's fake as a PSP doesn't have those buttons.

...

Have you never heard of key mapping?

Not that I'm entirely sure of how real this is other than just a screenshot being viewed but still.

Not to mention the minimap, and the fact that someone send a mass message.

Are you refering to an image, if so where?
I can't find one :\

Nitkizi 10-17-2005 07:26 AM

People faked pictures like these with Zelda and Mario when the PSP first came out. Not buying it, nice try though.

Crap, I went out and bought a PSP after seeing this thread !pissed!...

Just Kidding :P.

pacMASTA 10-17-2005 10:04 AM

Dont dispear you can but linux on your psp, but you'll have to flash downgrade the firmware first though :p

JubeiSaotomeX 10-17-2005 11:25 AM

It is a hoax, but the picture is 100% unedited. I screenshotted the game, then transferred it to my PSP and took a photo of it.

But, it does look nice on the PSP and with a wireless network card it's possible to port it over.

Spark910 10-17-2005 12:26 PM

*cough* what picture are you talking about

Skyld 10-17-2005 01:52 PM

Technically, it is Graal on the PSP. But it's not Graal on the PSP.

Tyhm 10-17-2005 01:59 PM

It's "A screenshot of Graal" on the PSP.

Only a matter of time, the way v4 looks, wouldn't you think?

Shiftk03- 10-17-2005 07:22 PM

I remember that one prank he pulled making everybody think Harvest Moon or whatever was online. I forgot the actual game but alot of people fell for it.

I think you're talking about the Super Mario World online thread.

I don't think anyone fell for that one.

No, it was Harvest Moon, on the hmo site. Mushroom Kingdoms was more recent. Not forgetting the Akuma/Ryu hoax which is around on this forum somewhere.

PS: People did fall for the Mushroom Kingdoms thing, it spread to gamefaqs boards and a friend IRL mentioned it was coming out to me, until I told him it was a hoax by me.

It's not funny, because you fell for it pretty hardcore. ;)

Ever heard of emulation?

You can set any of the buttons as a certain key x.x
Yeah, you can get Graal on a PSP... my friend Steven did it. Big problem: No keyboard, another big problem: very laggy.

Polo 10-25-2005 02:24 AM

The picture appears to be the outside of 'Taylor Richards' on Classic. Its fake, as said above, but I think we'd all like to see Graal on a handheld one day. I know I would... ^^

Tyhm 10-25-2005 02:49 AM

Hear hear. And Classic as it was. :-P
(What? If it has to rebuilt from scratch anyway...)

I'm talking about within the first couples of days the PSP was released. It took awhile for hackers to crack the PSP and make it possible to use 'homebrew'. Everyone knew it would be possible before the PSP was released, but the pictures were done well before it was actually made possible.

The picture isn't a fake, it was taken on the actual current classic server. GJ NOOBE

Sigh, the actual image is not fake, and I'm well aware it's current Classic, since I do manage there, but the context of the image (The notion that Graal is being PLAYED on the PSP) 'is' fake. Hence, I called it a fake image. ^^

ThinkDifferent 11-06-2005 06:47 AM

Pardon the ignorance, but what really stops Graal from the PSP?

Tyhm 11-06-2005 09:49 AM

*shrugs* A skoch of development. The new engine's designed with that in mind, or so I am lead to believe.
