Streaming
A while ago (already noticed this on graal 2.0) I tried to do some radio scripts by steaming radio channels trough graal. But I came to the conclusion that graal doesn't steam every kind of url.
For example: http:// IP : PORT url's couldn't be steamed (but this would work in winamp/windows media player) http:// URL / whatever / this format would work.. together with a handfull of other combinations.. But anyhow, basicly all http://ip:port streams don't work. (it might just be that the radio stations that I tried connect to where full or lagged but I doubt it.. cause i'v been having this problem for the last 2 months now) -- This part should probely go in the "Future idea's section".. but I just tought that it would be nice to have a value to display ID3 names of playing files and such. Basicly so that people can see data on the station/file that they are listening to. (shouldn't be to hard..) |
Players on my server have gotten streams to work...
The ID3 names thing isn't a bad idea though ;). |
While we're on the topic of music, how bout some function to allow you to skip to a certain part of the currently playing file?
