Uh, why would you need paypal info to be an admin?
My first impression when I read that is that it appears that he might try to gain access to the email account that you used for your Graal account.
I could be wrong, but I wouldn't do it....

He's obviously trying to find out what email your graal account is registered to so he can jack your Graal account. Common scam...

If he had an Admin Account, he could easily find the email himself, using the openaccount function on RC. :: shrugs :: I don't know what's going on, but it's fishy; He doesn't need the information he wants.

He wants the paypal transaction numbers (from the paypal receipts) from your Graal upgrade so that he can change the email of your Graal account.

So yes, I think he tried to scam you.

Never give out your paypal transaction numbers. And just as another note, servers are NOT transferrable, so the person who bought a server cannot 'give' it to you.
