V4 global PM bug?

Hi guys.
Just wanted to report a bug
When I use my v4 client and want to send a global PM it answers me with
"Sorry, you have disabled global PMs"
I asked SmallLars and calani if that happens for them too and yes it does, so I belive its a general bug.

Stefan is probably adding a new feature to disable them. Just ignore it for now.
Edit: Works now.
