Anyone else had this problem?

When you register a playerworld, pay for it, and ite sends you an e-mail saying "Your playerworld unixname is ready!" and it gives you an account like this:
Admin-Playerworld-###00. (two 0's at the end.) I was told it was an error.
What, if anyone else has had it, do I do to fix it?

I'm sure that's an error, considering there's not even Playerworld200. I've gotten a similiar problem in the past like this kind of. I requested a password change for my admin account and it sent me someone elses playerworld information. Anyway setup a Playerworld Support Ticket letting them know of the email you recieved because you think you recieved incorrect information..

Torankusu_2002 08-31-2005 03:44 AM

I already set up the ticket.

I don't think I got my point across as well as I meant to have:
It sent me the account name in this format:

Admin-Playerworld-14900 (not in the correct format, I was told.) The correct format should be: Admin-Playerworld###, right? Without the hyphen after Playerworld, and the 2 0's at the end.

Correct, it should be something like 'Admin-Playerworld###'. In your ticket, be sure to let them know of the actual number you recieved, which was 14900, and the format it's in Admin-Playerworld-14900. Let them know of these 2 errors.

I did, i sent them the majority of the e-mail.

I'm having the same problem. In fact, that's the exact playerworld number I received in MY email.

Lord Sephiroth 09-04-2005 08:04 AM

I bought my server roughly under 6 months ago, so the problem should be relatively knew, as mine didn't have that.

Torankusu_2002 09-04-2005 11:20 PM

The problem is that there are not enough computers / room for the playerworlds that are fairly new. Everyone with the problem should send a support ticket and that may speed the process up. :/

It wont speed up the process, it'll just allow them to resolve their issue, as unless they create a support ticket we won't know about it

Well, I was told it would be done friday, and now I am getting messages it will be done later.

I figured that if more than one person showed that they were having the problem, it would be looked at as a more important issue than it is being treated.

Faygolette 09-05-2005 06:44 AM

I sent in a ticket, they told me it would be fixed Monday.

Stefan was told about it last night and said he'd look into it today - and he usually does when he says such things, so hopefully it wont take much longer now.

Still, nobody cares, and you're growing even more annoying.

Torankusu_2002 09-06-2005 03:04 AM

hey, you can shut the **** up because i didn't see you paying money for playerworld hosting that you can't access.

He's not going to charge you for the time you can't access it. So why don't you just relax instead of spamming the forum?

Because I don't have anything to develop offline anymore. Everything I want to develop has to be done online now.

Faygolette 09-06-2005 05:03 AM

The days on graal.net that says when we have to pay next is going down. So he IS charging us for the time that we can't access our servers.

Torankusu_2002 09-06-2005 06:32 AM

they are going down, but they will be reset to whatever amount you paid for when the problem is fixed.

WHEN the problem is fixed. ;/

Faygolette 09-06-2005 06:38 AM

It's after Monday. I guess they just didn't get to it. But I wasn't lying about being impatient. x_x

Torankusu_2002 09-06-2005 05:47 PM

it's fixed, in case anyone else with the problem was wondering.
