More fun with questing bugs Bjorn didn't fix

Right, so I'm still trying to get more stuff on the grandaughter quest, so I head back to Samsuro. The lady there has no clue where the granduaghter is, but who do I find there? My old friend the cousin! But last time I checked (just a few minutes before finding her), there was nobody looking for her! So I head up to Kontai Mansion and see if he's looking for her. He isn't. I go back to main island and check the girl south of Santerrain, east of the Kart Track and the Boy in Cove Town. None of them are looking for her. I even tried to give the cousin to each of them incase there was some kind of flag checked that they were looking for her but they just weren't saying so because another flag covered it up or something. They didn't take her.
So I head back to the Bomboria Pub to check the quest listing just in case. Sure enough, nobody is looking for the cousin. But who do I meet in the Pub? None other than Axen! And who does he have with him? The cartographer! But there's nothing in the quest listing of anyone looking for the cartographer, just like there isn't anyone looking for the cousin! Clearly he's run into the same bug as me. I ask him about it, but he seems to be AFK or BRB. I wait for him to get back, but a few seconds later he either signs off or was disconnected for not moving. Since this released the cartographer from him, I pick the cartographer up as well. So now I've got the cartographer and the cousin, but I can't do anything with them. Of course, this means that all three quests are now broken, making it impossible for any more gold keys to be released into the market. And since Bjorn will probably just insist that the quests are all working, it will probably be that way for a long time. Now, I have five gold keys currently. I'm expecting top-dollar offers for them. I've really got to make a single thread to put all these questing bugs into. |

Good thing I have a doohickey door and a gizmo cover. I'm gonna get two gold keys and overcharge for them.

OH NOEZ!
The Cartographer has used an ancient haxing technique passed down from Viper in order to absorb the cousin! He's now even more powerful! Can anyone defeat this new foe!? |
You and Axen always come up with the best screenshots.

Do not piss off the Cartousin. Doing so will result in violent scribblings on your face. Judging by the blood stains on its lips, beard, clothes, and hand, it has an insatiable thirst for blood. It will usually harmlessly do its cartographer job... as long as you stay away from it. FAR away.
|
I ditched the Cartousin in a secluded area while I signed off and went to sleep. When I woke up, the Cartousin was gone! Either someone picked him up, or he just vanished. Who knows what havok he could unleash free from my watchful gaze!?

I found the grandaughter. She still has the same bug as she had before.
|
Wait, did i see some blood and some mutation going on there to, AAAAHHHH, RUN FOR YOUR LIFES!!!!!

The Cartographer quest is verifiably working again. The grandaughter quest is verifiably still broken. I'm not 100% sure about the cousin quest but I'm pretty certain it's still broken.

Cousin's working again.

Ok i fixed a small "bug" that was making the escort npcs still asking for help even if the other person has given up searching for the him/her.
The escort npcs are not requesting help all the time, they only request to be escorted if another quest npc decides to search for him/her. The quests npcs are reset each two hours if no one does the quests, sometimes you might need to visit the quest npcs to speed that up. |

Grandaughter quest is still broken. The grandaughter is still with the woman in the Samsuro Taylor Shop saying "How are you today?" even though the Old Man in the Hirathia bakery is looking for her.
|
Maybe she's looking for candy. I know that would make me follow you.
