Tilesets: Foreground?

What is the Foreground section for? It seems to be treated as nonblocking. I would like to use this space for nonblocking tiles but I am not sure if it is planned to be used for something else or not.

It was originally used as New World's actual foreground tiles. But since that feature never made it to Graal, they are treated as normal tiles.

Ahh, cool then.

I've noted that Zone uses it for its star background tiles in the dropship, and other tiles elsewhere.

while this is still active id like to know what the animated section on the style 1 tileset format is. ive tried messing around with them and it doesnt make much sense.

It is for flowers/one tile animations. You shouldn't need to use this when you can addtiledef2 a MNG file.
