Allright man this guy we had a deal he was 2 make me a chair a table and a countertop for a restraunt me and couple of friends were gonna make and he quit makin all of them after one i am wondering if i can use the gfx or not instead of telling me on here tell me on aim sn is imakilla44053 and please tell me

Okay so if it's for your server and you're a high staff member I guess you could use it but I'm not that sure because apparently Graal copyrights everything that you upload on its fileservers which may deem your graphic Graal's property thus not allowing you to use it by law or something which you might think is inane but it's actually a good way to stop people from stealing other people's graphics

Grammar has nothing to do with spelling, unless it's using things like "your and you're".
Saying 'grammer' would not infringe on his grammar capabilities, but "If he gave them too you you can, if he took them with him, or says you cannot, then you can't." would.

What exactly were the circumstances surrounding the situation?

Was this person an employee of the server? (meaning, holding any sort of Staff position, even a guild tag for this restaraunt)

How did you get the first image if he decided to quit and not finish the project? Did he upload it onto the server's FTP server?

Did he receive any sort of compensation for the one gfx created?

Give me a couple answers and I will tell you if you can or not, and why.

Well apparently this guy has his problem fixed.. though he was reluctant to tell me how.. I find it kind of odd how he asks people to contact him on aim, then he blocks them.. =/.
