What do each of the rank rights mean for the kingdom leader(s)?

"A" to add to kingdom "D" to remove from kingdom "G" to Grant promotion "H'' to aprove and move house's "P" postal "T" to allow diplomancy "K" to change the kingdom name "L" to put in kingdom pillorys |

I'm all for that. This topic has been posted 80 billion times anyway. Just sticky the ranks in information or something, that way it won't be screwed up by folks only concerned with trying to get their way.
