Request: Metal Detector
 

It is planned that the proximity mines will be changed so that the are invisible and need to be found by the other team using metal detectors. Then you need to exactly throw a grenade on it to remove it. For the metal detectors we need graphics, like some metallic thing hold by the player in front of him/her, doesn't need to be animated, 4 directions.

Instead of a metal detector, have like a radar or some special goggles.

Yes, something more hi-tech/futuristic then a metal detector.

A metal detector would take to much time looking for them. As mentioned googles or something would be alot cooler. It could show up on your screen where the mines are located. Like when you put the goggles on the mines would turn to a red color indicating where the mines are. o_O ?

I agree, a radar would be better. Metal detectors and invisible mines would spoil the game in my opinion.

The mines will be made invisible so that you can easier trap the enemy. The idea with the googles is good, we could modify the graphics for the chat-headset. Then you will see some special points on the radar, and you still need to exactly throw a grenade on it to remove the mine.

well, i did like you said Stefan, and edited the thing that you talk to the team with...not sure if it's good or not though....

i don't like it XD, i'ma make a new one once i get back from drivers ed. probly make it like those goggles that go over your head, instead of going to the side, you'll see what i mean ;)

Something like this would be good (see hat). Those eye-type pieces are cool and could work well.

then i'll use the peices to go for the eyes...lemme sketch it up real quick...hold on...

It would probobly look a lot better once a head is under it, try gani'ing the idle.

k :)...is it hard to gani? and is there anything you can't do? XD scripting is hard:( you have to be hella smart to even understand it, and gani's are just confusing, lol

think i'm goin to make some armor...stefan can you post a head GFX, and a body GFX? i need it for the armor, and my "webgifs" folder doesn't have them in there...

i want to make a body suit, and maybe some leg armor? to go with this helmet armor thing...but maybe it's a little plain?

im suprised that your SMG stats are low, most people who been commando has atleast 100 plus with it.
The head needs a little tweaking, but it looks good.

it ain't supposed to be a head XD it's supposed to be a helmet, for armor, since zone has a place for it, but doesn't have any XD

lol my highest was 647, then dozer's mine got me, yes his mine got me lol this is why there should be detectors!
and i meant helmet needs tweaking
